Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I'm heading back to the porch with my cup of coffee and my book. Just about finished reading Uptown by Virginia DeBerry and Donna Grant. It has taken me a while, but only because I've been juggling a few books. Sometimes it's necessary, but does slow down my progress.

You and I have talked about this, and it is tough to find where to draw the lines. Other published writers I follow on Twitter have brought up the exact same issues. I don't envy you having to be on guard and so aware of how you are perceived. That said, my daughter and I agreed not to follow each other on Twitter so that we could each truly be ourselves. Of course, it's MUCH easier for me since I don't have to worry about a professional reputation. I think that the public today tends to have an insatiable appetite for details of any public figure's personal life. But I'm old enough to think you have the right to however much privacy you want. I'll cheer you on, whatever you do. *twisty hugs* dani
